Hello! I'm going to hazard a guess and assume you didn't find yourself here by accident, but I'm going to thank you regardless for stumbling by because this website took me a whopping two hours to put together. I'll be the first to admit that nobody should waste that much time on something reserved for only Facebook and Twitter friends for a number of reasons. My name is Donnie Souza, and I'm a comic book writer. I have two books in production and a thousand more in the barracks for when those flop and I need delude myself into continuing down the writer's path. The first of my two books is entitled Untold. Imagine if Saving Private Ryan met The Lord of the Rings and made five babies that hate themselves. My second book is called And the Hare, and it's the sci-fi book for everyone struggling with whether or not robots are sexy. They are. Case closed. This website is going to serve as a hub to announce new projects I may have a hand in, but it's also going to be the first place you should check if you want to support my addiction to telling stories. Everything that I'm currently working on comes out of my pocket--I pay my artists and colorists with money that I've earned by waiting tables. I don't see a return and probably won't for some time, but I didn't become a writer for the money. I became a writer to entertain. I became a writer because it's a platform for me to share my human experience with the world. I became a writer because diversity is important to me and will be represented in my work.
